All I want to know is how do I find out my portion of the debt that I just bought.

I want to be able to deduct it this year from my taxes. I know darn well that Citi, Chase and all the others well get to write off deductions on money lost on bad debts. Chances are they will not pay any taxes for years. I want my share of these deductions too.

Does anyone know where I can find out how much I get to write off this year and next year and next or at least as long as I still work.

Help please.
