Encapsulated DNA being spread throughout the Universe at the 'Big bang'is as likely as any other complex material. If so, life and abundant life potential was spread everywhere. The potential for extraterrestrial life is as likely therefore as is the existence of a creator. One being subject of course to the preeminance of the other. It should be an easy thing for space probes to check out. Either the Universe is flooded with the stuff or it is rare to non-existent out side our direct experience. Which is it?
