And if you had been in Oklahoma City 2 years ago, you could have averted a terrible human catastrophe by disarming the bombs in that truck. Did you ever think of that???
The simple point is.....Don't let the culprit get away by simply blaming someone else who was not there to rescue you. The damage is done and the perpetrator(s) should be held accountable.
