David, I appreciate post like these very much! Obviously I got a weakness for good news...but let's not all get too optimistic! There is and has been a lot of hype in this 56k modem war and I guess even if the server side won't have 56k Flex for months, the ROK/MOT/LU camp will try to push sales of their 56k modems that will be available sometime this or next month. And their are a lot of uneducated people out there who'll think "56k - great!" and just buy the modems without questioning the availability of an appropriate ISP service). My point is that this will be just a marketing and sales war between the two camps IMHO. USRX is well-know for its great marketing efforts, so probably they'll make it once again! A faithful USRX investor, sunny P.S. Still wondering what COMS will have to say on Monday - hopefully it's not an non-event!
