[Copied from a post (not mine) on the SHIVA thread] The 56 dollar per share rumored to be offered by Ascend is looking really good now. They can probably get shiva for much less now. The problem is the corporate market where Shiva had its presence is bieng invaded by Ascend (with their Bell Atlantic deal) , Cisco 3 com. The only reason to hold this stock is as a takeover play other wise dump it.
