Thanks for another substance-free post. How do you explain the support the US is receiving from some 30 or 35 countries, including Arab ones as well as large European and other nations like Poland, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, England, Australia and the Philippines? How do you explain the actions of the Palestinians, eagerly following the steps called for by Bush's "road map"? How do you explain Tony Blair, who has absolutely no reason to go out on a limb for George Bush, doing just that?
Could it be that they all see something you don't (or choose not to) see - that Bush's policy, while bold, is also the surest path to resolving the problems of conflict and terrorism born of Middle East despotism? Open your mind to new ideas, suppress your irrational hatred of Bush, read objective analyses where you can find them, and observe how different interested nations and peoples act - you might learn something. |
