is this the bill that changes America forever and not for the good?
Tax policies come and go. Spending programs always come but never go.

The big problem with this bIg bEaUtIfUl bIlL is that Congress is ceding a lot of power to the executive.

For example, this part of the bill was snuck in without much attention:
No court of the United States may use appropriated funds to enforce a contempt citation for failure to comply with an injunction or temporary restraining order if no security was given when the injunction or order was issued.
That means the courts can't enforce any injunction against the president if (and when) he issues illegal executive orders, like he's doing right now.

MAGA, of course, doesn't give a shit about this. They think that all the power they're giving to the president won't come back around and bite them in the ass. Some future president, for example, can issue an executive order seizing all of their firearms, and the courts will be powerless to stop them.
