Yes. I suppose a healthy young male or female could have their time reduced for donating body parts or being subjected to tests. The whole thing is just too MENGELE for me to agree with being imposed on people. I submit that that's only because you didn't grow up with that model. Anyway, the reparations contract is negotiable so body parts might not be part of every contract, merely a default. We have tried that with fluoride and the science is still out for the long term effects. That's beside the point. It was only an example of some correlation that might be sufficiently proven just as iodine is associated with goiter.
