easy way to manipulate shares when some are doing tax selling for FY2000.

It's easy when the sector is nervous. All it takes is a few well-placed rumors -- or a downgraded timed to when a firm wants to add.

Eventually information will be so readily available those who seek to manipulate won't have any affect. Instead we'll see downgrades as contrary indicators. Some already do.
