There has been no credible military threat against the US sicne the Cold War. That's a fact. Terrorist cells are CIA and police actions, Delta Force maybe. That's not mainstream military. Bush's using the engtire US military to attack terrorism is the biggest waste we have ever seen. However, in Afghanistan is was justified.
