I believe the shares outstanding are about 8 million now. There are some outstanding warrants so fully diluted would probably be a few million more. The cash position is limited. EXercise of warrants would bring some more cash in. Much of the basics of what you ask about can be obtained here: finance.yahoo.com Also check their website and you can contact their IR person Kathy Lane at KLane@cistera.com They are a bb company because their cash position is limited and they are entering new markets with their products that have not been in existence very long. Clearly any stock felt to have the potential to be a 10 bagger would have more than average risk.
