Walsh resigns to be proactive stockholder is an interesting development. Now, outside advisers and accountants can be sued and award benefits the company. Mr.Walsh just had to protect the company from mismanagement by the trustee appointed by the court, since all the lawsuits related to Bre-x directors can be resolved by the insurance Co. for all directors' liabilities. Assuming the directors would have such insurance like all other companies.
