Surprising that you interpreted the news as being negative. I beg to differ. I view the news as positive. The company has finally publicly acknowledged its problems and has provided its shareholders with reasons to believe that they will attempt to make those changes that are necessary to turn around this dying quail of a company. True, I would not buy stock in the company given the news but for those w/long positions, I would have to feel that they should be pleased by the news. Everyone knew that their earnings were going to be way below estimates anyway... Doug
