When P/R and I/R become B.S. You release bad news late on a Friday afternoon hoping it will be completely ignored or at the very least forgotten over the weekend. Come on Guys, this is 1997 - the investment community is much too sophisticated for this old trick! And then the obvious contradiction from the press release "results would be below expectations due to ......................and weaker than predicted sales of its Orbitz beverage.....................Chief Executive Doug Mason said in a statement that Orbiz had not maintained high sales after launch, but that that was a common pattern." Duh! If it is a common pattern, why wasn't it anticipated? Gary
