Morning Al,

VSY will now longer exist after the merger. Now as far as AAG, that is
what Herman will decide when he gets back from Idaho and looks at the
property. He is going to go down there and see if it is worth keeping
as a seperate asset or roll it into Twin Gold.

As I said to them it makes no sense to keep AAG as a seperate company
and incurr the expense of operating 2 companies when you can have one
and use the assets for Twin Gold. They will be going over the numbers
this week and make a determination probably next week.

Herman is going full steam ahead on getting the merger completed as
soon as possible so they can consentrate on the development of the sites
in Indo.

Now here is the beauty of the whole thing. If they decide to dissolve
AAG as a company as we know it, there is talk that they may roll back
the share outstanding so they can make a 1 for 1 swap into Twin Gold. As
I said to them that would make a lot of people happy. Me for one. So if
they do that then that would raise the share price and would also make
getting into AAG a very lucrative buy at this time. Especially at these
prices. Now realize that this is all conjector until Herman gets back
from Idaho. We sould see alot starting to happen with the merger after
next week.

As far as trading, that won't happen until the shareholders vote on it
and that won't be until next month or early March.
