Hsu, who raised more than $1.5 million for Demoratic campaigns in California and New York in recent years, is being held without bail in a Redwood City jail, where he was arraigned Friday on a warrant issued after he fled the state two weeks ago. At Brosnahan's request, Judge Robert Foiles scheduled the hearing to continue Friday next week.
