LOL..As mayor, Giuliani threw Yasser Arafat out of Lincoln Center. Bloomberg should do the same with Ahmadinejad, he won't however since he criticized Giuliani at the time and said NYC welcomes everyone. Rudy was vindicated as Bloomberg's remark was made a couple mos prior to 9/11:

>Bloomberg Voices Criticism of Giuliani

The New York Times, July 23, 2001
ERIC LIPTON

After weeks of offering little but praise for Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani, Michael R. Bloomberg, the Republican mayoral candidate, sent a modest critical punch in the mayor's direction yesterday, saying that Mr. Giuliani was wrong in 1995 to have ousted Yasir Arafat from a concert for world leaders at Lincoln Center.

''We want to have the United Nations here, we want all those missions here that bring an enormous amount to this city in terms of monies and credibility to this city,'' Mr. Bloomberg said during an hourlong interview on WABC-AM (770) radio yesterday. ''With that come some people you don't particularly like or even hate, but you can't have it both ways. If you are going to be a city open to everybody, then you have to let everybody in.''<
