a Woman's RIGHT TO CHOOSE is what this is all about.

AND the Supreme Court for once saw the unfairness to a
woman's rights and enacted Roe Vs. Wade.


It's not all about a woman's right to choose, it's whether the federal government should be involved in paying for the process. The rights laid out in the bill of rights (handguns, free speech, religious freedom, etc.) all prohibit government regulation of the right in question. I can't think of any of them where the right is both in existence, and the government has to pay for it.

If the feds don't pay for abortion, a woman still has the right to choose, it just (like everything else in the world) costs more.
