Bill Maher brings up "The Book of Mormon" by the creators of South Park. He asked if we could do "The Book of Islam"? Which of course, we couldn't. One thing that he didn't mention was that the LDS church placed ads in the program for "The Book of Mormon". The ad said "now that you've seen the play, read the book" (or something close to that). The Mormons didn't go out and kill people, in fact, they found a way to capitalize on it. Muslims would have bombed broadway over it.
