CVIA's credibility continues to increase. However, that does
not mean a whole lot since the share price continues to hit
rock bottom. With approximately 100 million shares to play with,
CVIA has about 3 million to acquire other companies. Based
on today's announcement, it does not appear as though WOTD
has any assets. I think they have a group of intelligent and
experienced professionals, but no tangible assets. If they
did, why didn't WOTD help finance this acquistion? From the
announcement, it looks as though this entire deal is being
funded through a Reg S offering. Now, is this deal between
WOTD and CVIA really a reverse merger, or is CVIA simply
changing its name and adding new members to the board? Aren't
reverse mergers supposed to bring TANGIBLE assets from a private
entity to a public shell? I hope I am wrong and this scenario
is much better than I am portraying. Any comments?
