Re: LM downgrade Seems to me this is an odd time for a downgrade. Had spectacular intraday move of 8+ pts yesterday which I speculate was due to buy out rumor (First Union). If you hold CYCH the same thing happened to this stock several months ago-- ran from $20 to $27 and back down to $20 when the buy out news did not come through. We are finally on the cusp of EBPP becoming a reality and a major force on the internet-- EBPP has beenspoken of as a major focus for the portals by their respective CEO's. CKFR has alluded to major deals int the works, the speculation is poral deals. Earnings due out later this month. TP seems less of a threat now than ever before--they have no final product. Stock is down 2 pts on low volume. In my opinion this is a head fake by LM. I haven't heard their reason for the down grade but IMO long term holders should read between the lines. This stock will seriously out perform the market by the end of the year. Paul S
