If its not a problem to do things that way they should have done them that way for the trial of the WTC bombers from the 1st WTC attack. Instead they disclosed evidence from intercepts from Al Qaida's satelite phones, which caused them to stop using the phones most of the time. In fact if this evidence was not disclosed then just maybe we could have prevented the 9/11 attacks.
