CDNO News on Bloomberg according to RB!!! ragingbull.com CRL 16:07 Cons.Capital Offers to Exchange Debt,Pref for Common Just saw this headline today at 4:07. Says they are going to convert the pref's but will have a hold period of a year due to Rule 144. Also signed a letter of intent with a U.K. internet/telcom company contingent on restructuring debt, getting $10M in financing and shareholders approval. "European e Commerce" Ltd. Lets look forward to an early gap up in am.
