OK. What does THAT mean in terms of tomorrow's trading. That's like issuing 750Million more shares at a price of 0.02 making $15M. They are restricted but that's still mucho shares !! So let me get this straight. The company does what I just mentioned and then merges with EEC ? At what proportion will the R/M be ? Ok.... I don't know if I am making any sense. I will go back and read it again. If anyone can clear this up, feel free to do so and thanks in advance. CK.
