DJ news 11/11/99 BOSTQ

I will post excerpts:
BOSTQ filed UN-consolidated financial reports with bankruptcy court for first time since 1998. Reports were inconclusive and difficult to analyze. BOSTQ added that Price Waterhouse Cooper (PWC) would not give an opinion on 97 or 98 financials. BOSTQ reports that the financials do NOT conform to GAAP and do NOT accurately reflect the operating results and company condition. BOSTQ's Ferris says "he did not know what precipitated the change in the company's policy of filing the monthly operating reports with the court and would not comment on a possible sale of the company."

IMHO this is one of the most confused and financially messed up publicly traded companies of all time. The bankruptcy court has allowed this to drag on and on and someone with some leadership needs to step up and place this in chapter 7 so that the turnaround can begin.

Anyone hearing anything new out there?
