The problem with keyboard dialog is that levity is not well transmitted via computer monitors. I'm sorry that you are taking things so seriously, Maggie. I read Rhinos post thoroughly and.. sincerely, Maggie I can't find anything that was irresponsible or
intransigent about his post. He was relating his opinion which, believe it or not Maggie, many others share on these threads.
When you made you first prognostications about price appreciation I made a bet with you, say about 6 weeks ago...remember that?! Well, I'm confident that the pm responses I received that others saw the humor in my challenge. But Maggie, if you are going to take everything sooo personal, then you have a problem beyond solution by anyone or anything that we can help with ....save your prediction coming true in even 4 - 6 months. So Maggie, lighten up and chill.
As for not sharing your DD with us all regardless of your predelection
to dislike for some, you do MANY others a disservice by not sharing.
I can only hazard a guess as to why you won't share...you are not as confident that the information is as good as you believe..because due to lack of news as promised you do not wish to set yourself up for ridicule. I can understand that,,, I might feel the same..but understand this: if I and others saw what you have in DD and we believed it as you do, then you will have many more allies than you do now. And you can take that to the bank!!
