NetWare does not support ActiveX components, on the server, at this time. This is a wildly vague statement because the definition of an ActiveX component is wildly vague.

But in general, and ActiveX component would make extensive use of Microsoft's proprietary Win32 APIs. These are not currently supported on NetWare.
