I absolutely agree if there is ANY truth to the allegations, but I think we may be stuck with Piercy, because of the .01 agreement. If not, I say get rid of him. It looks like he was sleazy, and even if the accusations are entirely false, we do not need even the APPEARANCE of bad associations.
