Daniel,

Great stuff from MSFT in that NY times article:

<<" poorly informed lawyers have no vocation for software design" >> ... wow, you couldn't write a better script .. MSFT thinks this is a technical issue ... wakey, wakey Redmond ...

<< MSFT says its inflexibility is really a stand of principle. Its executives say that MSFT, and not the Government, must have the ability to determine what goes into the OS ... we have to do a better job of explaining ... just how integrated IE is into Windows. It's not something you can just unbolt. >> ... no guys, don't say that .. how does that song go about steppin' into the Big Muddy ... well they're up to their waist and they just keep stepping out ... after they disappear from sight and the beanie hats drift off downstream some bubbles will break the surface ... we'll lean over and faintly hear, 'It's not something you can just unbolt' over here and 'poorly informed lawyers have no vocation for software design' over there ... wow!!

regards, Mike
