The comment period ends Monday. You can actually go to the Bureau of Indian Affairs website and see that. Somebody placed a message on the thread a week or so ago speculating that the company may have a news release to coincide with the end of the comment period. There was, though, another message, I think John Lawrence's recap of his discussion with Bill Church, suggesting that even with the expiry of the comment period the band (nation) still had a lot of work and decisions to make vis a vis the location. Anybody heard any comments from TC yet?
