Much of the work done is simply state work being transferred to fed support. Contractors are not calling all their crews back and there is so much capacity for more work to be done that the propaganda from Washington is laughed at by everyone who knows anything about the infrastructure sector.

Stimulus, affordable health care...are just slogans...
