Brad, it looks like IDX has traded in their previous firm for a marketing outfit with the impeccable credentials of having been hired by Microsoft.

I think IDX is figuring out they could be doing better on marketing themselves. Next, maybe they will figure out how to avoid five-segment marketing channels, where putting in product can be like pushing on a string.

We are seeing progress. The PR we saw on Friday looks like a Motorola product, and even that is progress. Motorola gets to set the stage, and that attracts more COMDEX attention.

It would be nice to see even a prototype biometric cell phone for the Las Vegas convention crowd. Get some mindshare going . . . fit it in with the IDX push in the DigitalDNA campaign.

However, if that's the big news -- a prototype -- IDX stock price will surge and then back down if there is no post-COMDEX followup. Great for options trading.
