How do you know that the size of the radical fringe here in the US is smaller than the radical fringe in Islam? Do you have statistics from which you are quoting?

I don't know the numbers but it is certainly smaller on a percentage basis than the number of people supportive of suicide bombings.

That said, I think it is incorrect to focus too much on the quantitative aspect; it is more of a qualitative concept.
