Intel sold around 28M CPUs last quarter, and a 12% increase would give them 31.3M units.

AMD's Q3 CPU's were described as "more than 7.7M," so a 12% increase would be 8.6M CPU's. So I think AMD's CPU sales have to exceed 8.6M units for them to maintain a 22% market share, assuming "low double digits" means 11 or 12%.
