Hello Frank, I like your stock picks too, especially Dell, Pfizer, Merck and Coke.

I think it is ok to eat whatever you want once and awhile. I do the same thing as far as eating whatever I feel like once and awhile. I think what is really important, is that we eat healthy on a daily basis. Where will you go for dinner?
