Everton Resources Inc (C:EVR) Shares Issued 39,414,052 Last Close 7/7/2006 $0.95 Friday July 07 2006 - News Release Mr. Robert McEwen reports ROBERT R. MCEWEN EARLY EXERCISE OF EVERTON RESOURCES WARRANTS On July 5, Robert R. McEwen early exercised 1.5 million warrants of Everton Resources Inc. at a unit price of 70 cents for a total cash consideration of $1.05-million. Prior to the exercise of warrants, Mr. McEwen held three million common shares, representing approximately 7.6 per cent of the outstanding common shares of Everton Resources. This transaction increases this ownership to approximately 11.4 per cent. Assuming the exercise of all remaining warrants, Mr. McEwen will hold approximately 15.2 per cent of the outstanding common shares of Everton Resources. Upon completion of this transaction, Mr. McEwen will hold 1.5 million warrants and 4.5 million common shares in Everton Resources.
