I just received this Email. I knew Fayard, and he was everything John says. A wonderful man. He and his brother were the best tap dancers in the world. To notify my friends and family, and friends of Fayard and Harold Nicholas, known the World over as the" Nicholas Brothers, " that the Beloved Fayard Nicholas has passed at 8:20 pm on January 24th, 2006, at the age of 91, he was born October 20th,1914. I was holding his hand and touching his head when he took his last breath. I want to say that I am a blessed for having known this man and spent so much time with him, Fayard is the nicest human that I have ever known.
