we have to agree that the 7% is behind us. the market looks ahead, not back. we already have low inflation and abnormally high interest rates. the average one year treasury rate from 1955 to date was 3.7%. One year rates are around 6% now which is 80% above average. The normative rate's journey above average has generally lasted, at most, two years. We're already 1.3 years into the above average norm. The market generally kicks in another leg before the normative average is reached, or before two years.

tech stocks have led the kick in the past. but even if value stocks do take the lead, a comparative analysis of Dell would put it in the "value tech" sector.
