Why don't you call him a traitor and unpatriotic? That's the typical name calling given to anyone who disagrees with your president! It is a longstanding tradition that ex-presidents (particularly FAILED ones<g>) don't criticize sitting presidents publicly, and certainly not on foreign soil. It IS unpatriotic, as it provides aid and comfort to the enemy. But Clinton set the bar at a new low; it does surprise me that Carter would stoop to Clinton's level, but I'm sure, as a liberal, he has rationalized it in his own mind. As we know, liberals thrive on gray area between right and wrong. In my lifetime I've not heard a Republican president openly criticize a sitting Democrat president.
