W. Cullen as its new chief executive officer.
Cullen was previously serving as president and chief operating officer since joining the company last August.
Since assuming the position, Cullen has instituted several changes including new strategic direction, distributor and carrier
alliances as well as revamping TeleData's handset software and technology to ensure its competitive edge in the prepaid
marketplace.

Prior to joining TeleData World Services, Inc., Cullen spent 10 years in senior management positions with two major
telecommunications and information technology corporations. He previously served as president and chief operating officer of
Cellular Directory Corp., a subsidiary of Vanguard Cellular Systems, Inc. As director of operations and affiliate relations at
ReadyCom, Inc., Cullen oversaw product development and operations for the company which provided cellular and voice
paging services.
Cullen holds a Masters of Business Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelors of Science from Duke University.
