SEPR Is up 23% on volume of 4.8 M (more than 4x its daily average) after it announced early this morning that after recent discussions with the FDA, it intends to submit its NDA for ESTORRA (its brand eszopiclone) for the treatment of insomnia by mid-February 2003. It opened on an up-gap, but so far has not been able to trade above its November 25 intra-day H of 10.70 (Its 9.50AM intra-day H 10.66 and the second attempt at 10.05 AM was cut a penny short at 10.65) siliconinvestor.com The stock has traded above its July 17 H of 10.55 and will see if it can close above that level today.<g> siliconinvestor.com Once over that hurdle, the May 23 H of 14.05 seems to be not a big problem and the stock should be on its way to test the resistance at the 19 level. siliconinvestor.com Bernard
