More good news for Windows users ;-)

My lone Windows box got a nice dose of viral adware a couple of weeks ago, the modules installed were not identified by any of the anti-virus vendors and were replacements for existing Windows code. What a PITA it was to clean all this up, the various cooperating modules would replace each other when one or the other was killed or deleted. What was extra cool was the installer was a website that emitted some verbiage about providing DRM certificates. I clicked yes, suddenly half a dozen IE Windows opened, and there were half a dozen new executables running with several being added to the "Run" key.
