Hi Walt, The way I understand it and I questioned them on it there are appearently some options out there and incentives on the VSY side of things and with AAG well there is the 4 mil share that was made to Hartford for the private placement. It should be very interesting to see how this all developes and your very lucky. This doesn't happen all the time. Your going to get to see a company born. As far as the VSE being up to date, I don't know about that. I beleive they are only updated when the company informs them and from what I can see that is at the end of each quarter. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'm not that familiar with the working of the Canadian exchanges. Ron
