MSFT while may not go down could rest for a while. Even at 3.00 EPS for calender 97, the current 130 puts it a 43 PE. The overall market is overvalued at this point. If you guys are short term, I think it is time to be thick skinned. I don't think MSFT will go down below 118 or so. On the otherhand, if the overall market remains bullish I do see a 170 by year end as 3.00 times 57 PE will get it there. The range going forward 118 - 170 till the end of the year. (disclaimer: I have been wrong before, many times)
