Hi Paul - How many new hires (1st team) does CEO Schmidt require to implement his business plan? I know of one CFO that needs to be replaced.. James R. Tolonen Executive Vice President Chief Financial Officer.

My guess is two or three more and two or three BOD members too.

For the Board Members...you pick them, Who must resign?...(1) Elaine R. Bond, the Chase Manhattan Bank,(2)Hans-Werner Hector ?...They may buy Novell.. (Cofounder SAP AG, Germany),(3) Jack L. Messman Union Pacific Resources (Do you think he understands this new paradigm in computing?), (3) Ian R. Wilson Dartford Partnership???? (Why is he on ther BOD?)(4)Larry W. Sonsini, Partner Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati (they represent Norada's interests) and of course (4) John A Young (He is paid $10,000/week [ugh!]).

We need more proactive moves from our CEO.....What/Who is next?
