The last time I owned DELL was mid '98. I'm buying again now. I like what I'm reading about Dell's new internet initiative. Mikey realizes that infrastructure is where the growth is at. I'm glad to read that DELL has an alliance with another co. I've owned for a while EXDS. I'm a little worried about everybody wanting to get into the web hosting biz. all of the sudden. EXDS is the leader in this field but I think they will eventually need to merge/partner with one of the big boys with deep pockets (DELL,IBM,SUNW
,HWP,CPQ) in order to maintain their lead.
I know DELL doesn't buy companies, but if they did, I think buying a co. with a 100%+ growth rate, that is the leader in the area they are focusing on might be a good idea? Any comments?
Does anyone know if DELL has invested any $ in EXDS?

Should I buy more DELL because it's looking like it wants to break to a new high ahead of earnings?
Should I buy more EXDS because it has gotten whacked during the selloff and now looks cheap?

Thanks,
Lee Martin
