Only 17 percent of Koreans reporting fault or issues with their iPhones and 31 percent reported issues with Android-based Samsung phones.

Wow! I'm just blown away by the fact that almost 1/3 of 44k responding Samsung smartphone owners had
trouble with their Android-based Samsung phones. And in a Korean poll no less. They must feel Samsung is

Samsung performed still worse in terms of the likelihood of needing a second repair. 44 percent of
those surveyed said they needed more than one fix. Apple's number: 25 percent.

in South Korea.
