Not necessarily. Again, it depends on what they do with their Spansion shares. If they distribute them to AMD shareholders, for example, then no, after Q2 (assuming the IPO closes before the end of Q2), there would not be an EPS impact.

So, distributing (to shareholders) or selling their Spansion shares, post IPO, is a fairly simple way of exchanging control for the removal of any EPS impact.
