By the way, is that devastation in iPad sales the same as the imploding iPhone sales somebody was talking about here as recently as the middle of December?

Shaw Wu dropped his estimate from 15 million iPads to 13.5 million. If that were true, and assuming that the two factors he named, Kindle Fire availability and Macbook Air popularity, were equally responsible for that "shortfall" would you consider that "devastation?"

Personally, I think 13.5 million iPads would be a very good number. It would match the consensus on the Street.
