Pfaula or whom ever it may concern,

I am a shareholder of Ascend, and am astounded as to the roumors
flying around about the
pathetic state of Ascend's TNT products, and the GRF. Apparently,
the rumors are that the
product quality has drasctically deteriorated (e.g. heating
problems). Apart from this,
managements renewed silence regarding, the latest earnings with
not much elaboration is
basiscally NOT good for potential/current shareholders.

My conern is NOT with the product problems (TNT glitch etc) but
with the way management has
responded to such events. Silence, is NOT golden as you'll may
presume. Silence, costs "money"
for this shareholder.

So, what does management have to say?. What is the real state of
the TNT?. Are their problems with
the GRF still?. Better still could someone in management come out
and make statements as to what
are real issues and what are non-issues...

A concerned shareholder,

Imtiaz Mohammed
